Description

Pre-Solicitation, Project YTPM 03-5031, Maintain Pavement Markings consists of removing rubber deposits from the runways, clean existing markings and paint new and existing markings on the airfield, parking lots and the streets. This project is being solicited in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The small business size standard applicable to this project is $12,000,000.00 and the applicable NAICS (North American Industrial Classification System) Code for this project is 238320. Issuance of the IFB (Invitation for Bid) will be on or about 10 July 2003 with a scheduled bid opening of 13 August 2003. Performance period will be sixty (60) calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Telephone request to be placed on the mailing list will not be honored. All requests must be in writing by mail, e-mail or FAX. The FAX number is 413/557-2017. Submit written requests to the address shown above and forward E-Mail requests to Donald P. Hebert at the address shown below. The solicitation, when ready to be issued, will be posted at www.FedBizOpps.gov . A CD-ROM disc will be provided to all interested parties. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued.
