Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F04626-03-Q-0016, is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-14 and Defense DCN 04-30. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 2330 The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3792. The North American Industry Classification System is 336214 and the associated business size standard is 500 employees. This request for quotation consists of the following: 12ft 7700Lb GVWR Cargowagon COLOR--DOVE GREY with all standard items, Quantity (3);Cargowagon must be approved for shipment on C-130, C-141, C-5, and C-17; 30" Wide Entry Door, Wells Cargo Flush Lock, Right Hand Hinge. (Placed as Close to Fender as Possible), Quantity (3); 24" Wide X 24" High (R.O.) Pre-Framed Swing-Up Access Door With Keyed Lock. (Clear Opening 22 5/8" X 22 5/8"), Quantity (3); 30" X 26" Radius Tinted Glass, Horizontal Slider Window Assy, Quantity (3); 6 3/4" X 6 3/4" Locking Power Cord Hatch, Quantity (3) ; Lockable Hinged Window Cover, Quantity (3). Freight per Trailer, Quantity (3). The following provisions and or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instruction contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, a completed copy of this provision shall be submitted with the offer. Quotes without this provision will not be considered for an award. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items will be incorporated into any resultant Purchase Order by reference.
