Description: NA HQ, Joint Munitions Command has a requirement for 1300 licenses for Easy CD Creator 5 Basic by Roxio Inc. This will include the purchase of 1220 new licenses and the converting of 40 Platinum licenses of Easy CD Creator 5 to 80 Basic licenses. Also inclu ded will be 1 year of support services. This is our notice of intent to place this award sole source to Roxio Inc as the owner of the proprietary rights to this software. Roxio does not sell licenses other than directly to customers.
