Description

NA Provide all Personnel, Materials, Supplies, Parts, Tools, and Equipment necessary to construct a new tollhouse at Dog Creek Campground, Nolin River Lake, Bee Spring, Kentucky. Construction shall take place on an existing concrete pad, which has sustained some fire damage. Concrete pad must be appropriately repaired prior to construction of tollhouse. Construction shall include but not necessarily be limited to: concrete work, roof, soffits, gable ends, guttering, vents, porch posts, desks (workstations), w indows & doors, flooring, plumbing, electrical, telephone lines & hardware, repairs to radio system, installation of TV tower & antenna, power supply/transformer and other miscellaneous equipment and hardware. Award of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be based on Best Value to the Government. Evaluation Factors to be considered when determining the award are Experience, Past Performance and Price. This Procurement is 100% set-aside for Very Small Business Concerns. NAICS 236220 ($28.5mil). Estimated Val ue is $25,000.00 - $100,000.00. Approximate issue date is 18 June 2003, and approximate due date is 02 July 2003, 4:30PM Local Time. Scroll down and click on the appropriate Solicitation/RFQ number and register. Once registration is completed, scroll down to Download/View Solicitation File. You will then be taken to the document for viewing/downloading. This RFQ is downloadable from the web site only. There will be no hard copies mailed .
