Description

NA Work includes but is not limited to: Replace portions of the existing underground natural gas piping system on Post. All work for this project will be outside and will include installation of new polyethylene pipe and valves and proper abandonment and re moval of existing coated steel and cast iron lines. The new lines will include both mains and service lines in sizes ranging from 1 inch through 6 inches (approximately 30,350 feet). Completion of this work will require locating existing buried utilities in the path of the replacements. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This will be a firm fixed-price requirements type contract. Ordering period is 365 calendar days from date of award. This acquisition is unrestric ted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $28.5 million. The N orth American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 237120. IFB is to be issued on or about 20 Jun 03.
