- NA The Bureau of Land Management, Northern Field Office, has a requirement to reconstruct Lower Birch Creek Wayside roadway and parking area located approximately 140 miles northeast of Fairbanks, AK, along the Steese Highway. Work includes grading , crushed aggregate, resurfacing, corrugated metal pipe culvert replacement, surface drainage improvements, and associated sitework. The project is set-aside for Small Business. Price range is $25,000 to $50,000. Period of Performance is 30 calendar days. Bond requirements will be as follows 100% payment bond or certified check of the contract price. The solicitation package will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of bids. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about June 18, 2003. All contractors are strongly encouraged to register at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at www.ccr.gov. Any firm already registered should ensure your profile is updated. This registration is necessary to receive amendment notifications, contract awards, and facilitate payments.
