Description

Install HVAC system at the Medical Directors Residence, Hot Springs National Park. Contractor will be installing two HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) units. There will be two split systems, one working the basement and first floor and the second unit will be located in the attic to provide service to the attic and second floor. Install complete duct system and remove existing duct work. Opening date will be June 16, 2003. No formal site visit will be conducted but the contractor will have access to the building from 8:00 AM to 3:00PM Monday thur Friday. Closing date will be midnight on July 3, 2003. Solication packages will be available at website - http:/ideasec.nbc.gov on June 16, 2003. Estimated price range will bebetween $25,000 and $1000,000. All responsible sources may submit and offer. No hard copies will be provided, all information will be downloaded from the website.
