Description: This is a modification to a sole source contract, currently in it's first option period to increase the ceiling value of the contract by $5,000,000.00. 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only One responsible Source and No Other Services will satisfy agency requirements is implements by FAR 6.302-1. It is DOD policy, with the respect to arranging travel, to use commercial travel offices (CTO's) that provide the full range of travel services to DOD installations at no cost to the Government. SATO is the Navy's west coast "CTO" for purposes of these governing directives.
