Description: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has completed a streamlined cost comparison study for human resources support, equal to two FTE, in accordance with OMB Circular A-76 (Revised) dated May 29, 2003. As a result of this study, performance for this function shall remain in-house.
