Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), and the reference number is 03TC370. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 611420 and the size standard is $6 million. The contractor shall provide vouchers for training at a technical training facility located in San Antonio, Texas, for the following courses: CLIN0001: Crystal Reports 8.0-Level 1, (1) student; CLIN0002: 2153B-Implementing a Microsoft Windows 2000 Network Infrastructure, (4) students; CLIN0003: 2151-Microsoft Windows 2000 Network and Operating System Essentials, (4) students; CLIN0004: 2152C-Implementing Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional and Server, (3) students; CLIN0005: 2154B-Implementing and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Directory Services, (1) student; CLIN0006: 2072-Administering a Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Database, (2) students; CLIN0007: 2073-Programming a Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Database, (2) students. Courses to start no later than 30 June 2003 and dates should be flexible to allow concurrent mission support. No more than (2) students will be going to class at any given time. The training facility shall be located in the San Antonio area. Internet based courses will not be accepted and technical instructors must be Microsoft Certified. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial items, is applicable to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation and the blanks in section (a) are completed as follows: Price considerations. Offerors shall include with their quotes, a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercials Items, FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration, and DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, are applicable to this acquisition. No written request for quote is available.
