Description

SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to remove broken concrete slabs to nearest joints or outside edges, excavate required depth behind bulkhead to patch steel sheet piles with steel welded plates, backfill excavated section of steel sheet pile with concrete mix, back dill excavated section of concrete bulkhead cap with select material, construct new reinforced concrete slab on grade and associated joints, construct new shoreline protection stone riprap, establish grass over unpaved areas disturbed during execution of work. All work shall be performed at U.S. Coast Guard Group Mobile, Alabama. The performance period is one fourty- five (45) calendar days from notice to proceed. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Award will be made to the lowest responsible, responsive quoter. The anticipated award date is June 30, 2003. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238110, with a size standard of $12 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. No telephone requests for this solicitation will be accepted.
