Description

The 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson Air Force Base (AFB), CO, issues this announcement to inform potential sources this office has a requirement for a Portable Repeater System manufactured by Motorola or equal, model number PDR3500. The following items are requested: 1ea P2066 PDR3500 PORT REPEATER VHF R1 1ea Q501 ADD: REPEATER OPERATION 1 ea Q806 ENH: CONV ASTRO CAI OPERATION 1 ea H338 ADD: TRANSIT CASE 1 ea NKN6548 CABLE, CIGAR DC ADAPTER PDR 1 ea NKN6549 CABLE, ALLIGATOR CLIP DC ADAPTER PD 1ea 3080369E31 PROGRAMMING CABLE 1 ea RVN5002 RSS QUANTAR QUANTRO RECEIVER The system must pass COMSEC Type 1 voice encryption, AES encryption, and DES-OFB encryption (used by Peterson AFB mobile/portable/consolette base stations). Also, the PDR3500 or equal must use the same FRU's (Field Replaceable Units) and spare plug in modules that are on hand at Peterson AFB. The Portable Repeater System must work with existing Motorola system. The business size standard is 750 Employees. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334220. The government anticipates the award of a firm fixed-price contract of the system.
