Description

NA Defense Contracting Command-Washington, intends to issue an order against a GSA contract to Quantitative Software Management (QSM), 2000 Corporate Ridge, Suite 900, McLean, VA 22102, for Software Cost Estimate of Automation Information Systems (AIS). This is a follow-on requirement. The contractor shall provide 480 hours of Independent Software Assessment (4 MAIS or MDAP programs); 100 hours of Acquisition Reform Support (5 projects); 300 hours of Consulting Services (baseline assessment to include risk ( 6 projects)); and Travel ( 2 out of area site visits). Interested parties may request a copy of the Statement of Work and then submit proposals accordingly. All request for SOW's received within ten (10) days after the date of publication of this synopsi s will be considered by the Government.
