Description

NA THE GOVERNMENT IS SEEKING HUBZONE CERTIFIED CONTRACTORS CAPABLE MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF A FIRM-FIXED PRICED CONTRACT WITH A BASE AND FOUR OPTION YEARS TO PROVIDE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES TO LAKE BARKLEY, TN FOR THE CORPS OF ENGINEERS. Work sh all consist furnishing all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, parts, fuel, equipment, vehicles and transportation to perform the following work: operation of water treatment plants, mowing, cleaning servic es, janitorial services, beach and playground maintenance, and marking and painting boundary lines, very limited construction and a variety of other services associated with the operation of the water resource project at Lake Barkley, Grand Rivers, Kentuck y. Lake Barkley is located on the Cumberland River in West Kentucky in Livingston, Lyon and Trigg Counties, and North Central Tennessee in Stewart County. This will be a Performance Based Contract. This will be a Performance Based Contract under NAICS co de 561210, BASE MAINTENANCE. All interested firms must be registered in the Central Contract Register.
