Description

Contractor shall furnish and install approximately 3110 yards of vinyl wallcovering in all common corridors on three floors of building; approximately 3780 yards of vinyl wallcovering in 105 private offices; and approximately 50 yards of vinyl wallcovering in two elevator lobbies. Government shall move and replace furniture and equipment, as needed. All work must be performed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Specification: JM Lynne; Elements 1000 Series; ELM-1000 Opal; width 54"; Type II; 21 ounce per linear yard. Backing: Osnaburg; Flame 20; Smoke 40. FAR Part 15. Government shall award contract based upon cost and other factors; Cost 60%. Overall cost of wallcovering and labor; Past Performance 40%. Documented experience and reputation of the contractor with similar contracts. Government reserves the right to award without discussions, and to reduce the competitive range for purposes of efficiency.
