Description: The National Institutes of Health /NIDA-IRP intends to procure on a sole source basis, with PPD Development to conduct laboratory testing, LC/MS/MS Analysis of Lofexidine in Human Plasma Samples. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquistion with an estimated value of less than $100,000. This acquisition is being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
