Description

NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for a Shore Discharge Pipe in accordance with the terms and conditions of Solicitation Number DACW61-03-B-0015. The solicitation will be issued on or abo ut 12 June 2003 with a bid opening date of 26 June 2003 at 1315 hours at the local place of bid opening. This acquisition is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns with a North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) of 331210 and a Sta ndard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) of 4710. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. Delivery is required twelve (12) weeks ARO. Affirmative action to insure equal employment opportunity is applicable to the resulting contract. Cont ractor must be registered in the DoD??????s Central Contract Register before award as required by DFARS 204.7300 and must be in compliance with the VETS 100 annual reporting as required by FAR 22.1310(b). All bids are to be delivered to the Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, Wanamaker Building, Room 643, 100 Penn Square East, Philadelphia, PA 19107-3390, Attn: Ms. Karen Thorngren at (215) 656-6911. This office will not accept any telephonic, written, or faxed requests for a copy of the solicitation. Prospective bidders may view and/or download the solicitation and all amendments from the Internet at https://ebs.nap.usace.army.mil on or after the issue date of the solicitation. Solicitation documents will be available only on this website. If any information changes during the advertisement period, contractors are res ponsible to make changes to their user profile on the Internet.
