Description: Commander, Navy Region, Mid-Atlantic is soliciting proposals to publish the regional Navy newspaper, "The Flagship." Publishers with the capability of publishing full color, broadsheet format newspapers under a civilian enterprise newpaper contract should make a written request for a proposal packet to Commander, Navy Region, Mid-Atlantic, attn. The deadline for requests for propsal packets is 4 p.m., 05 July 2003. The deadline for final proposals is 4 p.m. 01 August 2003.
