- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Charleston (SPAWAR) requires alarm system monitoring and critical assets safeguarding in support of the SPAWAR Security Department's mission to protect the Command's restricted areas and intelligence facilities. The acquisition strategy for this procurement is planned as a Fixed Price, Level-of-Effort type contract. The anticipated release of the RFP is scheduled for 01 July 2003. The government estimate is $5M. The NAICS code is 561621 with $10.5 million in annual receipts.
