- Description
- The Kootenai National Forest, Cabinet Ranger Station, Sanders County, Montana is soliciting bids for the remodel of the Cabinet Ranger Station. The project consists of base bid items with additive bid items. Work consists of a partial office demolition and construction of a new addition including adjacent site work and utilities. Existing portions of the office are to be renovated as the building addition requires. Project consists of a single-story wood-framed construction with a fuel oil mechanical system and a single-phase electrical system. Site work will include landscaping with irrigation and concrete sidewalks and curbs. Paving is not included in this solicitation. Estimated start work date is July 14, 2003, with all work to be completed by April 30, 2004. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Cabinet Ranger Station at 10:00 a.m. on June 5, 2003. All interested bidders are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting.
