- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attachment. The United States Attorney Office-Western Kentucky has a requirement for Grand Jury and Deposition Reporting Services for the period of twelve months. It is anticipated that award will be made for a Base Year with Four (4) One Year Option periods. The exercise of the option periods will be at the Government=s discretion. Offerors must have the capability to establish an office within a fifty (50) mile radius from BOWLING GREEN/OWENSBORO city limits by shortest route available. This notice is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, NAICS 561492 with size standard $6M.THIS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. The solicitation number is 3Q-LG-USA33-2036. See ATTACHMENT for the following additional information: Instructions for completion of solicitation package, Schedule of Commercial Services and Prices, Statement of Work and Applicable clauses 52.212-1, "Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Item", 52.212-3 "Offeror Representations and Certifications -Commercial Items", 52.212-4 "Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items" and 52.212-5 "Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items. Offers or quotations will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 "Evaluation of quotations or offers". Quotes are due June 16, 2003 at 2:00pm, Eastern Standard Time. LATE Proposals will not be accepted.
