- The issuance of the Solicitation for Design and Fabrication of a Ptrototype Advanced Full Scale "Heat Pipe/Bleed Air Cooler" Heat Exchanger for for Gas Turbine Powered Surface Combatant Ships has been delayed. It is now anticipated that Solicitation N65540-03-R-0069 will be issued on or about 13-JUN-2003. Solicitation packages will only be available electronically and no hard copies will be sent. All interested parties may download the solicitation and any amendments at http://www.neco.navy.mil or http://www.fedbizopps.gov after the release date of the Solicitation.
