- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) intends to procure the following spare parts for the Intaglio 10A Press: Guide SI Complete; GuideSII Complete; Spindle Bearing; Spindle SI; and Spindle SII from KBA-Giori S.A. This procurement action is for supplies or services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. See numbered note 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used.
