The facility encompasses a four-floor office building and maintenance penthouse totaling approximately 81,307 square feet, which houses General Office Space, Courtrooms, and a Garage. Source Selection process - Based on 50% Technical, 50% Price. NAICS Code: #238290 Estimated Cost: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 Period of Service: 08/01/2003 Through 07/31/2004 A pre-proposal meeting will take place on June 24, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at building work location.
