- 2TX0298 General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest for Leased Office Space in Dallas, Texas Requirements: U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 17,423 rentable square feet yielding approximately 15,150 usable square feet of space in a single-story high-bay facility in Dallas, Texas to be occupied by the Environmental Protection Agency. The space should have 7,000 square feet for interior vehicle storage and 8,150 of office and related space. Location: Offered properties must be within the 17 mile radius of downtown Dallas. Lease Term: The lease term shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm. Occupancy: Occupancy is required on or about May 18, 2003 and is not negotiable. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address and phone number of property owner if different from Item 1 above. 3. Rentable square feet offered and rsf rent rate. 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable. 6. RSF rate for ?as is? space and any standard TI?s offered.
