- 17. This synopsis is for a contractor to provide the following Brand name or equal panel boards to be used on 41’ UTILITY BOATS. CLIN 0001. International Marine Products P/N PS-DC-32-41 or equal. Des.: 24 volt, 24 circuits, 22 single pole breakers and 1 double pole main disconnect breaker, 250 amp bus with main lugs, hinged door with glass front NEMA 12 enclosure, surface mounted. CLIN 0002. International Marine Products P/N AC-8-41 or equal. Des.: 120 VAC, 60 Hertz, 6 circuit on the bottom of the panel and 1 circuit on the top of the panel and seven 2-pole circuit breakers, 200 amp bus with main lugs, hinged door with glass front NEMA 12 enclosure, surface mounted. A detailed list of salient characteristics will be included in the Request for Quote. This is a one-time buy of 56 of each CLIN. The salient characteristics will be listed in the Request for Quote. The above CLINS are a commercial buy and the offeror is responsible for providing all information necessary and/or descriptive literature (such as cuts, illustrations, drawings and/or other information necessary for the Contracting Officer to determine whether the product meets the salient characteristics of the solicitation. If an offeror must modify a product so as to make it conform to the requirements of the solicitation it shall include in its offer a clear description of such proposed modifications and clearly mark any descriptive literature to show the proposed modification. If an offeror proposes to offer an equal product, the brand name, if any of the products to be offered shall be clearly identified in the offer. The evaluation of the proposal and the determination to the equality of the product shall be the responsibility of the Government and will based solely on the information furnished by the offeror in its offer. Delivery will be F.O.B. destination to the U.S.C.G. Engineering Logistics Center, Receiving Room, Bldg. 86, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. The contract is to be a 100% small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 335313. The Coast Guard anticipates issuing the Request for Quote at www.eps.gov approximately three weeks after the date of this publication, with a closing date approximately two weeks from the issuance date. However, these dates are for informational purposes only. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which will be considered.
