Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service (ARS) intends to negotiate solely with ALMACO, Nevada, Iowa, to provide modifications to an existing ALMACO Gleaner F2 plot combine with plot sampling system and software. Companies with demonstrated capability and financial capacity to provide and service such equipment must submit a written substantive statement outlining the company's and system's capabilities to the Contracting Officer within 15 days of publication of this notice. This is not a request for proposal or is a solicitation available. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-APR-2003).
