Description

The U.S. Naval Hospital, Guam intends to award a firm fixed price contract to provide medical transcription services. The period of performance is from selection date through September 30, 2003, with a one (1) year option. Additional information as to the site-specific requirements is identified from previous Sources Sought Notice under solicitation number N68096-03-Q-0038. This acquisition will be conducted under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561410, with a size standard of 5.0. Request for Solicitation N68096-04-Q-0004 shall be made in writing via facsimile to 671/344-9256, and will be made available on June 25, 2003. Prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in order to be eligible to receive contract. The website is http://www.ccr2000.com.
