Description

The U.S. Coast Guard National Pollution Funds Center is soliciting quotes for the lease of eight (8) heavy duty network capable copiers. Minimum requirements are network capable (NT4/XP), 50+ copies/prints per minute, scan capable, and duplex w/collator and stapler. Estimated use is 25,000 copies/month for each machine. All quotes should include inside delivery, set-up, and maintenance. Maintenance requires on-site response within 24 hours of notification. In addition to the minimum need, responders may submit a list of other options available (including price/month) for the machine. Responses will be accepted via e-mail only.
