- Description
- This is a notice of Intent to award a Sole Source contract for ScenarioFlex hardware and software under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to SystemWare Incorporated. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. The ScenarioFlex is the U.S. intelligence community-standard hardware and software. The equipment is available only from SystemWare, which is the only distributor of the equipment. The software and hardware are commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 2 and are to be purchased under the simplified acquisition test program in FAR Subpart 13.5. The above named vendor is believed to be the only source of ScenarioFlex hardware and software. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing by mail, fax or email to Ms. Virna L. Evans not later than 12 noon on Monday, June 16, 2003.
