- The DSCC NSNs are being considered for addition to the Dresser Rand corporate contract. Companies intetested in offering other than authentic Dresser Rand parts, please contact Pam Ritch at (614)692-2187. Please note that final decision will be based on the overall best value to the government and not necessarily the lowest price. The factors other than price include delivery, past performance and quality. Access to NSNs is available via the World Wide Web, refer to WEB LINK. No RFP will be issued as it is anticipated that these NSNs will be added to existing contracts.
