- PR No: LTC03155012289; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a C-5 Insulation Blanket. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There are three approved sources of supply: Thermal Structures, Cage 54787; Hi-Temp Insulation Inc, Cage 25767 and Tighitco Inc, Cage 22013. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-00-438-4004; AEQ = 529 base year and 220 all option years. Maximum QTY = 639 base year and 440 all option years. Delivery: FOB Origin, 99 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 30 Jun 03. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies. The anticipated award date is 01 Oct 03.
