- Description
- UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries intends to enter into a Requirements type contract. This is a Sole Source requirement with Quigley Motor Company, Inc., 100 Sunset Drive, Manchester, PA 17345 for converting two wheel drive vans (Chevy and Ford) to four wheel drive vans and drop shipped once the work is done to various locations withing the United States. This vendor has the authorization to do these converisons without voiding the warranties from the two stated manufactures. Estimated quantity is 15 each. The required delivery is thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of delivery order. Delivery will be F.O.B. destination drop shipped throughout the United States. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested offerors may submit a proposal, which will be considered by this agency, however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
