- Description
- Under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, the VA Medical Center at 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Philips Medical Systems located at 19599 E NE 10th Ave. North Miami Beach, Fl. 33179-3579 to provide multi-level maintenance and repair service to three (3) Diagnost 76 R/F's, four (4)BV29 C-Arm's, and one (1) MD3000 mammo. Service to include telephone support, PM's, and parts including glassware. Anyone wishing to respond to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that they can meet these requirements. Interested parties have fourteen (14) calendar days from publication of this synopsis to submit in writing their qualifications and capabilities. Such qualifications and capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Fax responses to the attention of the Contractng Officer at 561-882-6507. Oral communications will not be accepted. If there are no responses to this notice within fourteen (14) calendar days, negotiations will commence with Philips Medical Systems.
