- Draft Solicitation Release for industry input. Clauses and final solicitation still under construction. NAICS: 517910. The C2COMM acquisition is a performance-based service contract IAW AFI 63-124. Provides customers complete, turnkey, solutions to communications requirements. Scope includes survey, engineering, installation, minor construction support, and testing for the six communication commodities supported by the 38EIG. Intended award multiple-award ID/IQ contract to each of 3 responsive/responsible offerors. Industry day to be held on 25 Jun 03 (registration opens 45 minutes prior to start) at the Tom Steed Center, Rose State College, Midwest City OK.
