- Presolicitation Notice Date Submitted: 9-JUN-2003 OC-ALC/LGKIB DIR CONTRACTING/COMMODITIES 3001 STAFF DR STE 1AC199A TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OK 73145-3028 66--REPAIR OF FUEL FLOW TRANSMITTER, for additional information contact Angie Cochrane (405) 739-5410. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish the repair and/or modification, test, packing and packaging and return to the government in accordance with the work specifications contained in the contract, the line items of Air Force equipment listed below. A firm fixed price requirements type contract is contemplated for One Year, plus Four (4) One-year options for CLIN's 0001, 0002, and 0003. The items and estimated quantities are as follows: CLIN 0001: NSN: 6620-01-140-4405, P/N: 8TJ50GBX4, &/or NSN: 6620-01-279-8512, P/N: 8TJ50GBX3 &/or NSN: 6620-01-503-2330, P/N: 8TJ50GAY3 Noun: Fuel Flow Transmitter. Est. Qty.24 EA, Application: KC-135 Aircraft, Qty Basic year ? 24 EA, Option I ? 24 EA, Option II 24 EA, Option III 24 EA, Option IV 24 EA. CLIN 0002: Over and Above Work, as required. CLIN 0003: Data reporting, as required. This solicitation is to obtain requirements type repair contract with 100% contractor furnished material. The approximate issue/response date will be 24 JUL 2003. Deliveries are to be 30 days after receipt of order and repairables. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered.
