- NA DABR06-03-B-005A Notice: The solicitation number above is a temporary number. An amendment will be issued in the near future to notify the actual solicitation number to potential contractors. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, insurance and all incidentals which are necessary to repair or replace the existing Air Conditioning Units in the interior areas of building 556, DPW, Fort Buchanan, PR in accordance wi th all terms and conditions specified in the solicitation and specifications. This acquisition offered for competition limited to 100% Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) applicable to this acquisition is 2382 20. The magnitude of the requirement is between $100,00.00 and $250,000.00. There will be a one-time site visit on July 7, 2003. The site visit shall be coordinated by calling Ms. Luz Somjarlee at 787-707-3952. Only the bidders that have made prior coord ination will be allowed on the site visit. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 17, 2002. The estimated closing date is July 23, 2003. All interested Small Business firms are encouraged to request a copy of the solicitation as expeditiously as possible since the solicitation will be issued without further notice. The solicitation will not be mailed out. All interested Small Business concerns may go to http://www.buchanan.army.mil/doc to obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Requestors a re responsible to ensure their bid package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of bids. Telephone requests will not be honored. Number Note: The proposed contract is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns.
