- NA Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the Northern Region Contracting Center at Fort Eustis, VA, intends to make award to the NIDA Corporation on a sole-source Non-Competitive basis for NIDA Model 130E Test Console Training Sytstems which provide the latest technological advances in competency-based education programs. The test console is a component of a total training system and accepts circuitry covering AC, DC, Analog, Digital, Fiber Optics, Signal Processing, Microprocessors, Microwave Transmission, Rot ating Machinery and Synchro Servos. Systems consists of courseware and hardware. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 7372, Small Business Size Standard $21.0M. Due date for responses to this notice is 06/11/03 by 4:00 P.M. Therefore, in accorda nce with authority 41 U.S.C.253(c) (1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1 The government intends to make award to NIDA Corporation within 7 days after publication of this notice. A determination not to open the requirement to competition based on responses rec eived to this notice is solely within the discretion of the agency.
