Description

NA The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for twenty-five (25) each Display Unit (Computer Interface Module, CIM) which is part of or used with Generator Set, Diesel MEP-805B//815B/806B/816B, and National Stock No. 7025-01-467-4709 . The aforementioned item must be fully and successfully integrated into the end item. The Government does not possess the technical data (drawings or specifications) to enable competition for this item. IAW FAR 6.302-1(b), U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), the Govern ment intends to solicit and negotiate with MCII Generator & Electric, Inc., the only source who possesses the capability and knowledge required to satisfy the Government's requirements. This notice of intent is not to be considered a request for offer/pro posal from other sources. The US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) has established the Interactive Business Opportunity Page (IBOP) website to allow electronic transmittal of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotes (RFQs) and Invi tation for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM to industry. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at (http://abop.monmouth.army.mil).
