Description: NA Western Regional Contracting Office intends to procure 25 each Doctor Down Patient Rewarming Systems, mfg by Doctor Down. The RFQ DADA13-03-T-0078 will be available on ASFI on or about 9 June 2003 with a closing date of 17 June 2003. This RFQ is being is sued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Per DFARS 252.204-7004, Central Contractor Registration is mandatory for all contractors in order to receive award of a contract or order. The NAIC Code is 339113 with a business size of 500 employees. Note 27 applies. ****
