- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-03-G-0003 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation for kit fabrication and installation of an aircraft installation kit for the Communication Suite Upgrade for the VH-60N Executive Aircraft. Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is the sole manufacturer and supplier of the VH-60N aircraft and is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to perform this effort in a timely and cost effective manner. White House security requirements dictate that Sikorsky is the only available source. See Note 22.
