- NOTICE U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN LINCOLN, NE AMOUNT: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 130,000 rentable square feet of Office and File Storage/Warehouse space. Rentable space must yield approximately 90,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet (USF) of Office area and 40,000 USF of File Storage/Warehouse area. Space must be available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Office space must be contiguous and located on no more than 2 floors. File Storage/Warehouse space must be contiguous with Office space, with a minimum of 18? high clear space and be climate controlled 24/7. At least 2 docks with dock levelers are required as well as parking for 2 semi-tractor trailers and 600 parking spaces for employees available within 3 blocks. TENANT: Bureau of Citizenship Immigration Service (BCIS) LOCATION: Space must be located within the Central Business District of Lincoln, NE. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as a part of the rental consideration. TERM: Space is required as soon as possible. Lease term will be for 15 years, with the Government having termination privileges after 7 years. OWNERS & AGENTS: This is an inquiry for available space and not an invitation to bid.
