- NOTE: All responses to this RFQ shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 5555 E. Crossroads Blvd., Loveland, CO. 80538 8986, Attn: J1531. The Western Area Power Administration of the Department of Energy has a requirement for all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and any other resource necessary to complete all grounds maintenance and snow removal services at the Loveland Area Office. The work shall be conducted at the Loveland Area Office, 5555 E. Crossroads Blvd., Loveland, Larimer County, Colorado. This procurement is a small business set-aside and will be handled as a commercial services requirement in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13. There is a scheduled site visit with a designated time and date in the solicitation package. The Government will utilize the Performance Based Evaluation Process for award. The total duration for this contract will be one year; however, four (4) year options may be exercised by the discretion of the government. This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance and Snow Removal. Offeror?s may quote on Grounds Maintenance and/or the Snow Removal portion of the solicitation. However, Offerors must complete all portions of each section to be considered for award. This solicitation will be posted electronically at this web site on or about June 12, 2003. Requests for package must be emailed to gutierre@wapa.gov or faxed 970 461-7377, with complete information where to send package and solicitation number.
