Description

NA Western Regional Contracting Office intends to award a firm fixed price contract for 60 cases of Ortho Tri-Cyclen, NDC: 0062-1903-15 packaged 144 cycles/case, manufactured by Ortho McNeil Pharmaceuticals, for Madigan Army Medical Center. The RFQ DADA13-03 -T-0081 will be available on the ASFI on or about 10 June 2003 with a closing date of 17 June 2003. This RFQ is being issued as unrestricted, all responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. This RFQ is issued using Simplified Acqui sition Procedures (SAP). Per DFARS 252.204-7004, Central Contractor Registration is mandatory for all contractors in order to receive award of a contract or order. The NAIC Code is 325412 with a business size of 750 employees. ****
