Description

The National Park Service anticipates issuing a Prospectus for Retail Sales of Merchandise, Gifts, Food and Beverage, and Kennel Services at Carlsbad Caverns National Park. On August 14, 2003, the National Park Service will conduct a tour of concession facilities at Carlsbad Caverns National Park. The tour will begin at 9:00 A.M. at the Visitor Center. Interested parties must R.S.V.P. by August 1, 2003 Additionally, the National Park Service anticipates issuing a Prospectus for Retail Sales of Merchandise, Gifts, Limited Food and Beverage at White Sands National Monument. A site visit of concession facilities at White Sands National Monument is planned for August 12, 2003. The tour will begin at 9:00 A.M. at the White Sands Visitor Center parking lot. Interested parties must R.S.V.P. by August 1, 2003. White Sands National Monument and Carlsbad Caverns National Park are located within approximately 175 miles of each other. The National Park Service has scheduled both site visits within the same timeframe for planning and travel convenience of attendees. The site visits are not required to bid on the respective Prospectuses, but attendance is encouraged. No questions specific to the Prospectuses will be entertained during these site visits.
