- Description
- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared per the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested from interest parties for the procurement of the following equipment: High Performance 30 Mil XR-5 8130 Reinforced Geomembranes , or equal. To consist of the following Spill Containment Berms and Fuel Bladder Tanks: Item 1 - 6 each Spill containment berm, 30'x60'x15", 15,000 gallons, for use in the containment of chemical or fuel bladders. 10 year fabric warranty for UV/mildew protection. To include 40 mil. Water proof ground mats. (Hydrostatic Resistance 1000+ PSI.) Berm to include a passive filter to allow rain water drainage while containing hydrocarbons. Item 2 - 11 each Spill containment berm, 30'x40'x15", 10,000 gallons, for use in the containment of chemical or fuel bladders. 10 year fabric warranty for UV/mildew protection. To include 40 mil. Water proof ground mats. (Hydrostatic Resistance 1000+ PSI.) Berm to include a passive filter to allow rain water drainage while containing hydrocarbons. Item 3 - 10 each Spill containment berm, 30'x20'x15", 5,000 gallons, for use in the containment of chemical or fuel bladders. 10 year fabric and UV/mildew protection. To include 40 mil. Water proof ground mats. (Hydrostatic Resistance 1000+ PSI.) Berm to include a passive filter to allow rain water drainage while containing hydrocarbons. Item 4 - 3 each Fuel Blader Tank with Sun Shade, 15,000 Gallons, designed for fuel storage. For use with the above berms. Item 5 - 6 each Fuel Blader Tank with Sun Shade, 10,000 Gallons, designed for fuel storage. For use with the above Berms. Item 6 - 5 each Fuel Blader Tank with Sun Shade, 5,000 Gallons, designed for fuel storage. For use with the above Berms. The above to come complete with repair kit and drain. The following Provisions and Clauses are incorporated into this RFQ by reference and are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. No addenda apply to these Provisions and Clauses. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications – Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items, FAR 52-212-5, Contract Terms and conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; FAR 52.246-15, (APR 1984), Certificate of Conformance. No additional FAR clauses apply. The contractor will be required to ship directly to freight forwarder Robertson Forwarding Co. in Miami, Florida. Packaging, packing, and preservation shall be in accordance with best commercial practices to enable shipment from CONUS to final destination without repacking or incurring damage during shipment and handling.
