- PR NUMBER FD2020-03-20957 Purpose: to establish a nine year contract (3 year basic period and two 3 year options) with Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (HSC), Cage 7030. Item 0001: HSC Sole Source Spare Parts Managed by OO-ALC; Item 0002: HSC Sole Source Spare Parts Managed by OC-ALC; Item 0003: HSC Sole Source Spare Parts Managed by WR-ALC; Item 0004: HSC Sole Source Spare Parts Managed by DLA (DSCC); Item 0005: HSC Sole Source Spare Parts Managed by DLA (DSCP); Item 0006: HSC Sole Source Spare Parts Managed by DLA (DSCR); Item 0007: Technical/Engineering Services in support of Items 0001 thru 0006; Item 0008: Travel and Per Diem in support of Items 0001 thru 0007; same line items (with different numbers) for each period (Basic, Option I, and Option II). Delivery: To be determined by delivery orders. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. To: Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation, Windsor Locks, CT 06096-1010. Justification: Supplies and services required are available from only one source (Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation), and no other type of supplies/services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within seventy-five days (thirty days if issued under an existing ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
