Description

NA This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Alternative Vision Corporation, P.O. Box 4055, Los Altos, CA 94024, for the purchase or a AVF-11A Design Support Kit to facilitate te aching and research at the USMA. The award amount is estimated to be $56,500. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requi rements. The applicable NAICS code is 423410 and the size standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to provide this equipment, i n writing to the designated representative. See Number Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. Responses to this notice must be received within two (2) calendar days of the date of this notice via e-mail to Pamela.Jones@usma.edu. A determ ination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
