Description

NA Contractor to furnish all plant, facilities, labor, material, equipment and supervision to construct a Badge and ID Office Addition at Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000, in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. Work includes ins talling rib-mat foundation/slab, building the new structure using cold rolled steel studs and rafters, brick veneer walls, and standing seam roof. Work also includes remodeling the interior of an existing building and installing two unitary type air condit ioning systems. Also included will be building a new customer parking lot as well as some landscaping to include fill material and sod. Specifications and drawings will be available for download from the Red River Army Depot website at https://www.redriver .army.mil/contract.htm on or about 8 July 03. No hard copies of solicitation, specification, or drawings will be furnished. This synopsis serves as the pre-solicitation notice.
