Description

NA Notice intent to award a sole source contract. Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations, Part 6, subpart 6.302, the USA Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Pine Bluff Contracting Division intends to contract with Air Techniques International, 11403 Cronridge Drive, Owing Mills, Maryland, 21117-2247 on a sole source basis. Air Techniques will build a Q250 Filter Testing Station System. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the government??????s needs. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to USA Robert Morris Acquisitio n Center, Pine Bluff Contracting Division, 10-020 Kabirch Circle, ATTN: AMSSB-ACC-P Scott Byers, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. This synopsis is not to be considered a request for quotation or proposals. No solicitation documents is available and telephone r equests will not be honored. A contract will not be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the government. If no affirmative wri tten response is received within 15 days from the publication of this synopsis, a contract may be issued to Air Techniques International without further notice.
